Renewals

WOW, how time flies when you are comfortable in your home. We want to keep you happy and comfortable in your home with Woodlake Apartments, so make sure that you contact the office for your renewal price.

Red Carpet Treatment

Resident Referrals

Wouldn’t it be fun to have your friends as neighbors? As the old saying goes it’s not what you know, but who you know. All referrals that become rentals credit you $200.00 for one months rent.

New water fee

As some of you already know, beginning your new renewal date we will now charge a flat monthly water fee. Fees are: $25 for studios, $35 for 1 bedrooms and $45 for two bedrooms. Good news is, those of you who are currently paying $10 for refrigerator rent will NO LONGER have to pay it once you start paying for water!

Landscapers

Christian Landscape has been our new landscape company since the beginning of the year. As landscape experts, it’s their job to provide exceptional care for our turf, plants and trees. So if you notice anything that may need a little attention please feel free to let the office know so we can inform the crew. They are taking the property in sections and working to create a cleaner appearance. Please be patient as they have a lot of work they have been requested to do.

Anthony or one of his partners will be patrolling the grounds at Woodlake Apartments five (5) nights per week. Patrol hours are from 12:00am (mid-night) to 4:00am Saturday through Monday with two additional nights per week. The additional night will alternate and vary from week to week. We will not be announcing those as to keep criminals from picking their days. Anthony and his team will be available for noise complaints or if you see something that concerns you. If you require assistance for one of these things, call his cell phone (760) 707-8064. In addition, in case of emergency call 911.

We are trying to keep every one safe, so please remember to keep the pedestrian gates closed tightly behind you each time you enter or exit.
